Hi, I'm Jade. I want to hear about it.
I'm a multidimensional soul therapist specialising in regression therapy, spiritual guidance, and energy alchemy. I bring a unique blend of therapeutic expertise and spiritual, energetic wisdom to my practice. Supporting clients in person in Moortown, Leeds, and online.
I always knew I wanted to help people. I trained in relationship therapy through Relate and found my way into NHS staff counselling.
But it never really felt like enough. Even from the start, I sensed that just talking therapy wasn't going deep enough, there was more going on beneath the surface than a fifty minute session could ever reach.
So when things got strange, in the best way, I paid attention.
A spontaneous channelling of a friend's grandparent. A sudden pull toward tarot. A rabbit hole that led me to my own spiritual awakening and dark night of the soul.
Then to chakras, Reiki, energy, spirit guides, and further still to my starseed history. I’ve always felt led by a strong pull, almost like a golden thread, guiding me to the next step before I've fully understood the last one.
I've learnt to trust that niggle, knowing that something good will follow, even if I don't fully appreciate it until I'm through the other side.
Over the years, I've cycled in and out of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, looking like the capable one, the one who holds everything together, while quietly unravelling on the inside.
Working hard but missing real meaning. A busy, exhausted mum and a working professional who still wanted to make a real difference in the world, wondering how, and when, and if there was even time. Wanting more peace and purpose, something to fuel real motivation and drive.
Learning about and embracing my starseed journey is what brought me real peace and purpose, not answers to everything, but enough to stand steadier in the not knowing.
I resonate strongly with Sirius, though I've experienced other lives across different galactic origins too.
My first past life regression session confirmed my curiosity around the big life and death soul journey questions.
Since then, through many regression sessions of my own, I've experienced pieces of my soul's history, and started to understand why I chose to be here, helping people like you, now, during one of the most intense periods of change we've lived through.
MY FOUNDATIONS ARE CLINICAL
A BA in Psychology and Sociology.
Over a decade as an NHS Counsellor, fertility then staff.
Training to Reiki Master level.
A Master's in Relationship Therapy.
Advanced Hypnotherapy.
A Regression Therapy Diploma, covering both current and past life work, body therapy and spirit release.
Additional training including Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and Compassion-focused therapy (CFT).
I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the General Hypnosis Register (GHR).
In plain terms: I'm a qualified counsellor and regression therapist with NHS experience, combining clinical training with energy work.
Within this professional container, you are completely safe, and that safety is what allows the extraordinary to happen. It's what lets me bring psychological safety and grounded energy to spiritual exploration and soul work, not just intuitive space-holding.
Not everything came from a classroom, though. Light language, clairaudience, clairecognisant, and the ability to channel spirit and guides found me, years ago now, and I've simply kept practising and trusting them since.
Connecting with my gifts and guides, and doing the deeper energy and soul work myself, is what has genuinely helped me move through anxiety, stress, grief, and trauma. Not just from this life, but from others too. Without this work, I would have crumbled years ago.
I used to keep this side of me quiet.
Now I claim it fully and unapologetically, the cosmic side of my work alongside all of my clinical training. My voice, my wholeness, my unapologetic self. I don't pretend to have all the answers, and my life isn't perfectly mapped out. But I show up fully, exactly as I am. That's what I offer you too.
Life Outside the Practice
When I'm not doing this work, I'm mum to a wonderful little one, and to one very opinionated miniature dachshund, watching her fluffy bloomers waggle as she trots along always makes me smile.
We spend a lot of time wandering our local fairy woods, chatting to the trees and elementals.
My idea of self-care is cacao and a relaxing salt bath (also where some of my best channelled messages show up).
My idea of joy is dancing and singing along to all sorts of music: electro, funky house, Kirtan chanting, pop punk and indie for some teenage nostalgia.
My guilty pleasure is some reality TV, any other Bravo fans out there?
What I offer is part of my starseed mission and a deep soul calling to be here at this time of immense change, to raise the vibration of the earth, starting with my own healing, then rippling out to my clients, our communities, and the world.
