Online or In-person
Moortown, Leeds UK
Your awakening didn't come with an instruction manual.
If you're exploring your starseed identity, or your world has been cracked open with big questions and experiences you can't quite explain, you'll know this feeling.
Lost. Confused. Overwhelmed by everything shifting at once.
Sound Familiar?
This is going to help you navigate being on Earth and bringing about change for the better.
Do you feel like your senses and nervous system are on edge? Been told to suck it up, fit in or get on with it?
When really you're a multidimensional being here to shake things up, make society question their rules and systems.
It is vital you understand and work in collaboration with your body, your energy field, your spirit guides and higher self.
This is where Your Gifts and Guides comes in. A cosmic yet grounded container to help you access the closest thing we have to an instruction manual for life: your intuition, your guides, and your soul gifts.
This work sits on nearly a decade of clinical therapeutic training and NHS counselling experience, alongside my own activated soul gifts including light language, clairaudience and years of psychic development.
You don't have to choose between grounded and cosmic here. Both are held.
The shift we're working towards
From overwhelmed to peaceful, anxious to empowered, disconnected to connected
→ PEACEFUL
Going through the dark night of the soul, or a starseed awakening?
Not sure where to start with the gifts or experiences you can't explain?
We work with your guides and your body's wisdom to find the answers that are already there.
OVERWHELMED
ANXIOUS
The fear of judgement about your gifts. The self-doubt. Am I good enough, doing enough?
In a non-judgemental space, held with clinical depth, those fears held in the body and soul get to soften, until you trust your own intuition again.
→ EMPOWERED
→ CONNECTED
Moments of awe, synchronicity, flashes of insight you can't quite recreate. Sounds you're making, is this light language?
Lonely, even when you're not alone? We reconnect you to your soul memories, gifts and purpose, and give you the skills to build on that connection yourself, at home.
DISCONNECTED
Something is
waking up in you
Maybe it's been gradual, a growing sensitivity, a knowing you can't explain, dreams that feel like more than dreams.
Maybe it arrived suddenly, turning your world upside down and leaving you wondering what's real and who you even are anymore. Or maybe you've been on this path a while, doing the healing work, but feeling like there's a door just ahead of you that you haven't quite been able to open.
Whatever brought you here, your soul knows why.
YOUR GIFTS & GUIDES
is a safe, supported, therapeutically held journey into your intuition, your psychic gifts and your connection to your guides. It's for those who are ready to stop wondering if they have these gifts, and start learning to use them.
Taster of what we can explore together
Psychic development, spirit guide connection, Reiki, guidance & light language
Consultation & Integration
We begin by understanding where you are, what’s been happening and what you most want to develop. We close with a clear, personalised soul self-care plan for continuing your development at home.
Light language & psychic senses
Safely explore and open light language if you feel called to channel it. Discover which clairs are strongest for you and begin to expand and trust them, with divination tools such as Oracle cards and pendulum.
Energy protection & ritual
Learn the energy hygiene that is vital for all psychic work, plus practical rituals to anchor your practice into daily life.
Energy clearing & chakra and aura healing
Clear the energetic blocks in your body, chakras and auric field that cloud your intuition and hinder your extra sensory perception.
Meeting & deepening your guide relationships
Safe introductions to the guides most ready to work with you, such as a gatekeeper, dragon, guardian angel or galactic guide, then building an ongoing, trusting relationship with them.
Higher self connection
Meet and embody your higher self, with soul star activation to connect you to your wisdom and beyond.
Past life regression
Clear fear-based blocks rooted in a past life, such as a witch or seer persecution wound, so your gifts can flow without the old fear holding them back.
Why this, why now
The meaning behind your spiritual awakening
Because when connection happens, it gives tangible proof that we are all interwoven together with a golden thread of intelligent life. That energy doesn't disappear. It gives hope. Meaning in something greater than ourselves. A reminder that there is a greater plan and purpose to what can often feel difficult, sad, or hard to make sense of.
Every awakening looks different, so we personalise your container around your journey. The goal was never for you to need me forever, but for you to ask your guides and your body wisdom and get your next step at home, whatever chapter you’re in.

Whilst driving home I started making all these strange sounds and noises, the big energy clearing we did has released a lot. I’ve been practising what you suggested and more light language is coming out, thank you. You made me feel safe to go to the difficult emotional places but i’m glad we did.
