Moortown, Leeds UK
Do you sense you've lived before?A pull towards a certain planet, star or realm?Do you look to the starry sky to feel home?A strong pull to help and make a difference in some way, for human, animal or earth?
Feel like you don't fit in? Been called too weird, too woo woo, too controversial or conspiracy-focused?
Welcome to the Club!
Sound Familiar?
Our Souls Remember:
Working in collaboration, in gratitude, in unconditional love, planets with clean air & water. It also remembers galactic wars, cloning and technology that got out of control. You may associate with one more than the other but whatever your main driver is, you are here for a reason.
Maybe you've felt it your whole life. That quiet sense of not quite belonging, of carrying something you can't fully name, of being pulled toward a purpose you can’t quite put your finger on. Maybe you've had flashes or dreams of other worlds, other lifetimes, other versions of yourself.
This containers for you.
It's not about choosing one or the other. We are all from Source, from the stars, but also from the Earth. This is a deeply held, clinically grounded, soul-led regression journey, designed for those who sense their origins extend far beyond this lifetime and this planet.
Through a carefully woven series of Regression Therapy and Soul Recalibration sessions, we travel together through time, space and dimension, to retrieve what your soul already knows, and bring it home into your body and your life right now.
Cosmic
Rememberance
Clinical Depth
Combining my Regression Therapy Diploma, over a decade counseling background with my own starseed awakening where I developed tools to help me; Reiki, Light language and a deep relationship with my spirit guides.
Taster of What We Can Explore Together: Past Life and Galactic Regression Themes
Every journey is unique, because every soul is. The following themes are woven in intuitively, guided by what your soul most needs and your intentions.
Your galactic / multidimensional origins
Visiting a multidimensional life, planet or star system your soul resonates with, getting to sense what your body and planet was like.
The wound of persecution
One of the most common and most painful starseed wounds. We explore where this originated and begin to release its hold on your present life.
Current life healing: trauma, belonging and self-acceptance
Many starseeds carry significant human trauma too: it’s often what starts the awakening process: Wounds of being misunderstood, of dimming their light to survive. Where needed, we compassionately and therapeutically work with this too.
Understanding what you carried into this incarnation
To help clear past life trauma, multidimensional galactic history, such as being involved in: cloning and hybrid programmes, galactic wars, and the loss and destruction of planets.
Whichever side you were on, remember our souls are here to learn, so often we take on roles not of the light.
Your mission and what's blocking it, uncovering your soul purpose
Going to the root of what's holding you back from fully stepping into your soul purpose in this lifetime.
Your soul gifts
Connecting with the gifts and abilities your soul has developed across lifetimes, and beginning to consciously embody them now.
Your first incarnation, your soul’s first past life
Exploring where it all began for your soul, and what patterns have travelled with you since.

This Journey Is Right For You If...
You identify as a starseed, or multidimensional soul ( E.g Dragon, Fae or Angelic) and want to understand your origins and Earthly mission more deeply
You feel blocked from stepping into your purpose and sense the roots go beyond this lifetime
You've experienced feeling like an outsider, struggling to belong, or carrying a fear of being seen in your full power
You're ready to do deep, soul healing, clinically held work, and you're open to what your guides and soul reveals
A Note on How This Works
No two journeys look the same. While the themes above are ones I've found most powerful and transformative for starseeds and multidimensional souls, every session is guided by what your guides brings forward. I hold the clinical structure, you bring the soul, Spirit leads the way.
All sessions take place online or in person in Moortown, Leeds, UK.
Both options include a free, no pressure discovery call before we begin.
If you are looking for the right place to land to explore both your human and your cosmic experience. You're in the right place.
Either end, you're still very much a human being trying to navigate life on Earth right now. As we know that can be amazing, beautiful and fun and it can be tres tres challenging.
If you're reading this and something in you recognises something in me, perhaps you get a tingle in the forehead, your stomach, or your solar plexus, trust that niggle. And reach out.
Whether you have just recently heard the term starseed and have a niggle to explore that more
Or you're deep down the rabbit hole and out through the other side in a black hole deep in the cosmos.
Are you ready to step into your own cosmic portal? To learn more about your unique nature, your soul gifts, and to release anything holding you back from fulfilling your soul mission, fully seen for the glorious multifaceted soul you are.
