What happens in a Session
This is not a standard healing session. It's a bespoke, intuitively guided experience, woven together just for you, just for this moment in your journey.
Before you arrive, I tune in. I pull an oracle card for you, set the space, and begin to receive what your energy needs. From there, each session unfolds in its own way, because your soul always knows what it came for.
Every session weaves together my clinical background in counselling and hypnotherapy with Reiki, Light Language and guidance from my guides and yours.
You might be guided on a hypnotic, inner journey to meet your guides, your inner child, or a part of yourself that's been waiting to be heard. You might receive an energy clearing, a light language transmission, or a channelled message. You might simply be held in a space that feels safer than anywhere you've been in a long time.
We begin with intention.
We close with integration.
And in between,
we let Spirit lead.

Soul Recalibration is where the Recalibrate stage of my work begins, the first thread in Recalibrate, Release at the Root, Reconnect. On its own, it's a complete session. Alongside Regression Therapy, it's also the foundation of my longer containers, [Your Great Return] and [Your Full Remembrance], where we go deeper into emotional healing and spiritual awakening so you can trust yourself, your intuition and your path. If you're drawn to more sustained support, this is where that journey begins.
Sometimes all you need is a single session to explore something specific, understanding a strange symbol that keeps showing up, making sense of orbs or colours you keep seeing, or simply being witnessed as you find your voice with light language for the first time.
