Bridging Clinical Depth with Cosmic Remembrance
A Multidimensional Soul Therapist specialising in Regression Therapy, Spiritual Guidance and Energy Alchemy in Moortown, Leeds, and online.
Grounded in Training.
Guided by Spirit.
I’ve spent over a decade supporting clients as an NHS counsellor turned Regression Therapist and Energy Alchemist. Channelling Reiki, spirit guides and light language, shaped by my own starseed awakening journey through grief, anxiety, and a dark night of the soul.

Things that make me smile: Earl Grey, cacao, dancing, and woodland walks watching my dachshund's fluffy bloomers waggle.
It's not about choosing one or the other. We are from the stars, but also from the earth. We must honour and respect both. I'm not choosing one identity over the other - why should you?
I work with souls who are going through something that doesn't quite fit into a traditional therapy box. I bring together accredited clinical training and spiritual, energetic work, so you don't have to choose between the two.

Clinical Depth
Sound Familiar?
World turned upside down from a dark night of the soul or a starseed awakening.
Soul gifts, guides and experiences you can't explain or want to deepen.
Fear of judgement, self-doubt, lonely, even when not alone.
Tired, ungrounded, going through a big inner shift, carrying more than talking therapy alone could shift.
Feeling burdened by the pain and distress of the collective consciousness? This can weigh your energy down and cloud your intuition.
Maybe, on paper, life looks okay. You're juggling family, work, and friends. From the outside, everything's fine. But there's a niggle, a quiet knowing that there's something more to explore. You’re curious. You're tired. Stressed. Unsatisfied, even when you can't quite explain why.
Together, we understand why you've felt stuck, release that block you've carried for years, maybe even lifetimes. So you can trust yourself, your intuition, and your path.

KORA H
I would describe working with Jade as one of the most comprehensive treatments for the soul. What makes it so powerful is the way she brings together several different healing modalities, each working on a different level, but all beautifully connected.
TESTIMONIAL PART 1/4
Don't just take my word for it though, ASK YOUR GUIDES, ask your body, or your higher self, whatever you're most comfortable with, for a sign or a YES. Then the real multidimensional transformation can begin.

AN INVITATION
Whether you've just recently woken up to a bigger, more multidimensional sense of yourself, or you're far down the rabbit hole and out the other side in a black hole deep in the cosmos, either end, you're still very much a human being trying to navigate life on Earth right now.
If you're looking for the right place to land, to explore both your human and your cosmic experience, you're in the right place.
